The Scale AI-hub is live: your growth, in one place

Every Scalehackerlab subscription now runs through the Scale AI-hub — live KPIs, pipeline, approvals and your strategist in one workspace. The monthly PDF is retired.

The Scale AI-hub is now live for every Scalehackerlab subscription. It replaces the monthly report with a live workspace: your KPIs, your sales pipeline, the work waiting for your approval and a direct thread with your strategist — all in one place, updated as things happen rather than summarized four weeks later. Here is what shipped, why we built it, and what comes next.

Why we retired the monthly PDF

The monthly report is marketing's most expensive ritual. Marketers spend 6–10 hours per week on manual reporting and data prep — some teams 14 or more — according to Coupler.io's analysis of marketing automation. And Pipeline360's research found 65% of marketers spend 5+ hours a week on lead-data quality alone.

The agency version is no better: at typical rates, a $2,000-a-month budget buys roughly 20 hours of work, per ClicksGeek's 2026 pricing guide — and a real slice of those hours goes into producing the deck about the work instead of the work itself.

Worse than the cost is the lag. A PDF that arrives on the 5th describes decisions you should have made on the 22nd. We built Scalehackerlab around a system that produces continuously — 8 agents drafting, senior strategists reviewing — and a monthly summary was the wrong window into it. So we built a live one: when a campaign underperforms, you and your strategist see it the same day, and the next decision happens while it still matters.

What a subscriber sees, tab by tab

  • Overview. Your KPIs, live: traffic, leads, spend and conversion by channel, trend against last period, and which agents are active on what. The first screen answers "how are we doing?" without anyone compiling anything.
  • Pipeline. Every open deal your marketing sourced, with the campaign that produced it attached. When a deal closes, you can trace it back to the work that started it — attribution as a record, not a debate.
  • Approvals. Everything the agents drafted and your strategist reviewed, queued for your sign-off. Nothing ships without a human approving it — and now you can see exactly what is waiting, approve from your phone, and leave comments in the same thread your strategist reads.

The strategist thread runs through all three tabs: one conversation with the person accountable for your plan, in context, instead of an email chain and a ticket queue.

One design choice worth naming: everything in the Hub is the working record, not a copy of it. When your strategist approves a post, the approval happens in the queue you are looking at. When a deal moves, the pipeline you see is the one the system runs on. There is no report to compile because there is no second version of the truth.

The Hub is the window, not the product. The product is the growth system behind it — strategy, execution and measurement in one loop. The Hub just makes the loop visible. How the whole system works is on how it works.

Try the demo — sample data, real interface

You can click through the Hub today at /growth-hub. To be clear about what it is: an interactive demo running on sample data from a fictional company. The tabs, the numbers updating, the approval flow — all real interface, none of it your data yet. It exists so you can judge the experience in two minutes instead of imagining it from screenshots. The demo answers the one question a slide deck never can: what does it feel like to run growth from a single screen?

What is coming next

Two things are on the roadmap — planned, not shipped, and we would rather tell you what is live than what is imagined:

  • Attribution view. A per-deal touch history, so you can see every interaction between first visit and closed revenue.
  • Weekly digest. A short summary of the week's movement, in your inbox, for the days you do not open the Hub.

We will announce each here when it is live, not before.

Where to start

If you are a subscriber, the Hub is already your home — log in and everything above is yours. If you are not, spend two minutes in the demo, and read what manual KPI reporting really costs to see the problem the Hub retires. And if you want to see your own company in it, the Free Growth Assessment returns a strategy document in 48 hours — presented to you inside the Hub itself.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Scale AI-hub?

The Scale AI-hub is the live workspace included with every Scalehackerlab subscription. It shows your KPIs by channel, the sales pipeline your marketing sourced, and a queue of work awaiting your approval, plus a direct thread with your strategist. It replaces monthly PDF reports with a view that updates as work happens.

Is the Scale AI-hub demo real data?

No — the demo at /growth-hub runs on sample data from a fictional company, and we label it that way on purpose. The interface, tabs and approval flow are the real product; the numbers are illustrative. Subscribers see the same workspace populated with their own live channels, pipeline and work queue.

Do I have to approve everything myself?

You decide the level. Every piece of work is reviewed by your strategist before it reaches the approvals queue, and nothing ships without human sign-off. Some subscribers approve everything personally; others delegate routine approvals to their strategist and only review campaigns or anything customer-facing. You can change the arrangement at any time from the Hub.
